MULTIAVENTURA ELCHE may at any time and without prior notice, modify these terms and conditions, by publishing such modifications on the Website, so that they may be known by the Users before the online purchase of the tickets offered. In this way, the User, under his responsibility, must read carefully all the conditions, in each of the occasions in which he intends to acquire tickets through the Website.

PRICES

CLAIMS

RESERVATION, CHANGE AND CANCELLATION MANAGEMENT POLICY.
There is a time limit of 72 hours maximum from the day and time of the reservation. to cancel or to make changes to your reservation: number of participants, date and time; always with advanced notice of availability by the company.
The return of tickets will be made only through the Redsys system in the next 7 days.
For birthdays and groups
For the categories of birthdays and groups, the minimum group of people is 10 participants. When you buy your tickets on the web for these 2 categories, payment of 25% of the amount will be made through the virtual tpv, and the remaining amount will be paid in hand once you arrive at the establishment.
If you book for 12 people and finally only 10 attend, 25% of the price of the reservation will not be refunded.
Regarding the information on the risks of the activities:

- I am in adequate physical and mental condition to perform the activity, and I do not have physical illness or limitation that prevents me from doing so, or that may be triggered during its development.
- I know and accept that my participation in the activities may involve risk to my physical integrity and that of others.
- I know and accept that the risks of my participation in the activities cannot be fully controlled, neither by me nor by the company, and I assume the negative consequences that, for me or for others, may derive from my participation, always that the company has not acted in bad faith, negligence or unacceptable oversight, given the circumstances.
- I know and accept that my participation may involve risk of enduring or causing material and / or personal damage to myself or third parties.
